Jacqueline Nancy Willborn

March 27, 1946 — October 17, 2011

Jacqueline “Maw Maw” Nancy Willborn of Ballinger went to be with her Heavenly Father on Monday, October 17, 2011. She was 65.

Jackie was born March 27, 1946 to Walther Anthony and Florence (Lukes) Szews in Chicago, Illinois, both of whom preceded her in death. After graduating from high school in Chicago, she married Norman Eugene Willborn on August 22, 1964 in Chicago.

She believed her best and most important work was being a devoted wife and fulltime mother. She loved her life and the people around her. She was employed by Electro Space for a time and also by Buddy’s Plant Plus.

Jackie is survived by her husband, Norman Willborn of Ballinger; sons, Brett Willborn and wife, Terri, and Jeff Willborn and Julie, all of Ballinger; and daughter-in-law, Jody Willborn also of Ballinger. Also surviving are sisters, Val Rauckmann of Denver, Colorado and Kathleen Wulf of Chicago; grandchildren, Brett, Jr., Greg, Blake, Rainey, Damian Michael, and Kenzie; great-grandchildren, Autumn and Trinity; and her dog, Shorty.

Visitation for family and friends will be Thursday, October 20 from 5:00 to 6:00 pm at Lange Funeral Home in Ballinger. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 21 at 2:00 pm at the First Baptist Church in Ballinger with Bro. Bobby Broyles officiating. Burial will take place in Old Runnels Cemetery.

You will be missed, loving wife, mom, and friend. We loved, laughed, and cried with you. You were there to watch us grow. Now it’s time to let you go to the open arms of our loving Father. Miss you, “Rabbit.”
