Penny Oxford Ripple, 51, of Ballinger passed away Friday, August 31, 2012 at her home.

She was born August 14, 1961 in Haskell, Texas to Silvester and Mary (Hardin) Hollis.
She married Jerry Ripple on November 7, 2009 in Ballinger. She was a painter

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, J.D. Phillips and Billy Ray Hollis and her son Bobby Edward Oxford, Jr..

Penny is survived by children, Penny Perkins and Jack Upchurch of Ballinger, Diane Parks of Burk Burnet, and Raina Oxford of Ballinger, Regina Carson and Jessie, Jimmie Cavaness, Jason Ripple and Nancy, Jerry Ripple, Jr. and Margie and Jennifer Bagley; sister, Mary Dunn; brothers, Sargent Hollis and Harvey Hollis;

Visitation will be Monday, September 3 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Lange Funeral Home in Ballinger. Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 4 at 2:00 p.m. at Lange Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Old Runnels Cemetery.
