Margaret Liverman Gentry

December 1, 1930 — January 21, 2013

Margaret Mae (Liverman) Gentry, 82, of San Angelo and formerly of Ballinger passed away Monday, January 21, 2013 at San Angelo Community Medical Center.

She was born December 1, 1930 in Runnels County, Texas to Fred and Annie Mae (Cape) Liverman. After attending Ballinger High School, she received her GED and attended Odessa Junior College. For a time she was employed by Sue Ann Manufacturing as a seamstress. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Ballinger.

Margaret lived in Ballinger almost all her life and will be remembered by many residents. For the past few years she had resided at Rio Concho Manor in San Angelo. She attended Northside Church of Christ in San Angelo.

Margaret’s list of relatives includes uncle, Charlie Cape; aunts, Mattie Straley, Mae Block, and Susie Dover; cousins, Wiley Wade Dover, Lola Jean Carlile, Lois Graham, Mrs. Marvin Leck, Ruth Ridgello, Dennis Cape, Betty Kennedy, and Bill Downhoser.
Margaret had some very good friends, including Betty Beddo of Ballinger, and Hersel Stonehocker of San Angelo.

A graveside service will be conducted Thursday, January 24 at 11:00 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery in Ballinger. Bro. James Murphy, pastor of Northside Church of Christ, and Max Pratt will officiate.
