Cecilia C. Molina

Cecilia C. Molina, 83, of Ballinger passed away Sunday afternoon, March 30, 2008, at a local nursing facility, surrounded by her family.

She was born May 7, 1924 in Gonzales County, Texas to Roberto and Ramona (Pena) Cisneros. In 1942 she married Fidel R. Molina who preceded her in death on January 22, 1996. She was a homemaker and a Baptist and had a special love for gardening and quilting.

Cecilia is survived by eleven children, Robert Molina and wife, Aurora, Arthur Molina and wife, Felipa, Celia Ramos and husband, Isaias, Daniel Molina and wife, Alicia, all of Ballinger, David Molina and wife, Becky, and Rachael Carr and husband, Joe, all of Rowena, Alicia Enriques and husband, Eddie, of San Angelo, Ercilia Smith and husband, Erik, and Ena Guerra all of Granite Shoals, Fidel Molina, Jr. of Seguin, and Esther Wellhausen of Santa Anna. Also surviving is a brother, Rudy Cisneros and wife, Alicia of Banquete; four sisters, Ruta Santos and husband, Rudy, of Wiemer, Blasita Amaya of Nixon, Lula Pena of Smiley, Esequia Martinez of Altus, Oklahoma. Forty grandchildren and thirty-two great-grandchildren also survive.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, March 31, 2008 at Lange Funeral Home in Ballinger. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 1st at the First Baptist Church in Ballinger with Bro. Bobby Broyles and Rene Amaya officiating. Burial will follow in the Latin-American Cemetery.
