Obituary for Ann Elizabeth Droll

Ann Elizabeth Droll, age 94, of Olfen passed away Thursday, May 1, 2008 at Ballinger Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born January 5, 1914 in Rowena, one of ten children to Joseph and Francisca (Hoffman) Droll. Her parents and all her siblings preceded her in death. She lived for a time in San Antonio where she worked as a secretary.

Ann is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, including Harvey Droll of Rowena, Clare Schniers also of Rowena, and a special niece, Sister Phyllis Bunnel of San Antonio.

Rosary will be recited Friday, May 2nd at 6:30 p.m. at Lange Funeral Home Chapel in Ballinger. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, May 3rd at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rowena with Msgr. Larry Droll, Fr. Bhaskar Morugudi, and Fr. Hubert Wade concelebrating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
