Manuel Dela Cruz

Manuel Dela Cruz, 59, of Dallas passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Medical City Dallas.

He was born August 7, 1954 to Clemente and Elvira (Martinez) Dela Cruz in Millersview, Texas. Manuel married Celestina Allejandro on July 27, 1974 in San Angelo. He worked in retail for many years.

Manuel was preceded in death by his parents and wife.

He is survived by a son, Manuel Delacruz Jr. of Dallas and daughter, Leticia Dela Cruz Elder of Dallas, and stepson, Joey Guitierez of San Angelo. Also surviving his sisters, Sophie Fuentes and husband Rudy of Rowena, Mary Leal of Amarillo, and brother Clemente Dela Cruz Jr. and wife Diana of Canadian, Texas.

Rosary will be at Lange Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, September 20 at 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rowena on Saturday, September 21 at 10:00 am with Deacon Stanley Lange and Fr. Ariel Lagunilla concelebrating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
