Mary Evelyn Hague, 84, of Granbury passed away Sunday, February 23, 2014 at her residence.
She was born on May 9, 1929 in Ballinger to Charles Richard and Era Gertrude (Percifield) Johnson. She and James Lee Hague were married on September 27, 1947 in Ballinger. He preceded her in death on December 22, 2009. She was also preceded by her parents; sisters, Juanell Maness, Louise Davidson, and Laura Ann Webb; brothers, Jim, J.C., Edgar, Leo and Charles and by a grandson, Will Hague.
Mary worked many years for a car body shop in many capacities but mainly a supervisor.
She is survived by two sons, James W. (Bill) Hague, Sr. of Centerville, and Kenny Hague of Hamilton; a daughter, Marilee Tucker of Granbury; seven grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is a brother, Wayne Johnson of Ballinger.
A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Old Runnels Cemetery near Ballinger.
