Janette Leann Connor

February 1, 1971 — April 19, 2014

Janette Leann Connor, 43, of San Angelo went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at her residence.

She was born on February 1, 1971 to Harold and Caren (Hilburn) Looney in Arlington, Texas.  Janette attended and graduated from Midland Lee High School in 1989 and attended Midland College.  She was a loan processer at Trans-Texas Southwest Credit Union.  She married John Connor on July 19, 2003 in San Angelo.  She was a member of Glen Meadows Baptist Church.  Janette was a loving wife, mother, Maw Maw and daughter.  Our hearts are shattered.  She leaves a void that can never be filled.

Janette is survived by her adoring and loving husband, John of San Angelo; her daughter Stephanie Kresta and husband Dustin of Ballinger; her loving mother, Caren Cawthon of Granbury and father Harold Looney of Ft Worth;  her sisters, Lisa Looney of Ft. Worth and Jennifer Walling Hankins of Midland; her grandchildren, Hunter and Kason Kresta of Ballinger.  Also surviving is a nephew, Jacob Walling; an aunt, Sandy McFadden and husband Jim of Granbury; her adoring mother-in-law, Barbara Connor of Ballinger; uncles, John Connor and Michael Connor; and brother-in-law, Ron Connor and wife Shelia and their son Cade.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 6:00-7:00 pm on Thursday, April 24 at Lange Funeral Home in Ballinger.  Services will be at 2:00 pm on Friday, April 25 at First Baptist Church in Ballinger with Scott Cotton officiating.  Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.  Memorials can be made to the Glen Meadows Baptist Church Youth program, Scottish-Rites Children Hospital Ministry, or a favorite charity.
