Norma Kuykendall Bowen

Norma Lynn Kuykendall-Bowen, 67, of Miles passed away Monday, May 12, 2014 in San Angelo.

She was born December 9, 1946 to Harry and Mary (Walton) Martin in Roswell, New Mexico. Norma was self-employed in the livestock business for many years. After the death of her first husband James Kuykendall Sr., she married Paul Bowen on August 28, 2009 in Miles, Texas. She was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church in Miles.

Norma was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, and her son Travis Bowen.

She is survived by her husband Paul of Miles; a step-son James Kuykendall of Miles and friend Sharon Lange of San Angelo; a daughter April Hudson and husband James of Cedar Creek, TX; a step-daughter Janet Milhauser of Cedar Creek, TX. Also surviving are grand-daughters Alecia Hudson, Amber Casper, Andrea Hudson, Pam Harbin and grandson Lenard Thames.

Services will be at 10:00 am Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Miles with Father Ariel Lagunilla officiating. Burial will follow at Harriett Cemetery. Donations can be made to Hospice of San Angelo or a favorite charity.
