Bob Neal

Robert “Bob” Neal, 63, of San Angelo passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at his residence.

He was born September 30, 1951 to Jim and Frances (Shelburne) Neal in San Angelo, Texas. Bob was a retired rancher. After retirement, he stayed busy doing a little bit of everything but he was perhaps best known as a people person and an excellent story teller.

Bob was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his daughter Rachel Wheeler and husband Eric of San Angelo; his mother Frances Neal Phipps and husband Ken of San Angelo; his sister Mary Holubec and husband David of Melvin; his brother William Neal and wife Susan of Brady; and grandchildren Kyrissa, Chloe, and Avery. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, October 10 at Concho Cemetery.
