Dorothy E. Galvan

Dorothy Galvan, 62, of Ballinger passed away Friday, October 10, 2008 at Shannon Medical Center in San Angelo.

She was born August 21, 1946 in Ballinger to Manuel and Augustina Escobar. She married Adan Trevino Galvan, Sr. who preceded her in death August 6, 2002. Dorothy worked as a caregiver for several years and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Ballinger.

Mrs. Galvan is survived by sons, Adam Galvan of Ballinger and Johnny Ray Escobar of Fernley, Nevada, and a daughter, Rebecca Arcos of Lubbock.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, October 19 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Ballinger with Bro. Bobby Broyles officiating.
