They were blessed with three daughters, Betty, Geneva, and Patricia. Together with her husband, John, they originated Lowake Inn, Lowake Steak House, Zentner Steak House in Rowena and Midkiff , Texas, as well as helping their daughter, Betty, at the Zentner’s Daughter locations. Louise thrived on making everyone feel loved and appreciated in all their restaurants while working many long hours to make the business a success.
Louise moved to Nebraska in 2001 and lived with her daughter Geneva and husband David. Throughout her life her greatest joy came from her faith and her family. She loved being with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Louise was treasured by her family as well as anyone that knew her.
