Candy Martinez Ramos

Candelaria (Candy) Martinez Ramos, 50, of Ballinger passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2015 in San Antonio, TX.

Candy was born February 8, 1965 in Ballinger to Alex and Lillie (Jimenez) Martinez. She was the youngest of six children. She worked as a CNA for Regency House in San Angelo. Candy was a member of St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Ballinger.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Candy is survived by her children, Natalie Ann Corrales and husband Ignacio of San Angelo and Raymond Ramos Jr. of San Angelo; her parents Lillie Martinez and the late Alex Martinez of Norton; sisters Anita Martinez and Mary Carlin, both of Ballinger; brothers Eddie Joe, Manuel, and Poncho Martinez, all of Norton; fiancé Edumd Imondi of Ballinger; x-husband and best friend Raymond Ramos, Sr.; and grandchildren Caleb, Ariel, Ariana, Alexis, Nathaniel, Ashton, Paulina, and Caiden. Also surviving, her niece Kristin Weber and her children McKenzie and Aiden Weber of San Angelo; nephews Travis and Christopher Martinez of Ballinger and AJ Martinez family of Winters, TX.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 7:00 – 8:00 pm on Friday, February 20 at Lange Funeral Home. Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, February 21 at Lange Funeral Home Chapel with Fr. Hugh Wade officiating.
