Larry Frank Lancaster, Sr., 56, of Ballinger passed away Sunday, May 31, 2015.
He was born May 9, 1959 to Leroy and Mary Lee (Gray) Tinney in Ballinger. After high school, he served nine years in the National Guard. Larry was a general contractor, working mostly in the oilfield business. He was a member of the Forgiven Biker Church in San Angelo.
Larry was preceded in death by his brothers Johnny and Travis Leroy Tinney.
He is survived by his wife Amanda; his children, Larry Lancaster, Jr. of Ballinger, Karry Moore and husband Cade of Rosanky, Leroy Lancaster and wife Amy of Ballinger, Courtney Leverett of Ballinger, Ashley Ingledew and husband Johnathon of Clarksville, TN, Gavin Lancaster of San Angelo, Sarah Claycamp and Peter Witchita Falls, Stephen Claycamp and wife Kayla of Stockdale, Thomas Stuart of San Angelo, Sierra Hernandez of San Angelo, Logan Hernandez of San Angelo, Hunter Hernandez of San Angelo, Kain Hernandez of San Angelo; his parents Leroy and Mary Lee; siblings, Shirley Lancaster and Donald, Archie Lancaster and Liz, Ricky and Martha Tinney, Sereda Nance and Robert, Missy and Greg Nichols, and James and Melissa Tinney; and sister-in-law, Barbara Lancaster.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00-7:00 pm on Tuesday, June 2 at Lange Funeral Home in Ballinger. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, June 3 at Old Runnels Cemetery in Ballinger. Pallbearers will be Leroy Lancaster, Larry Lancaster, Jr., Gavin Lancaster, Brandon Lancaster, Stephen Claycamp, and Thomas Stuart.
