Ernest Lloyd Faulk

Ernest “Ernie” Lloyd Faulk, Jr., 66, of Millersview passed away Monday, July 20, 2015 at his residence.

Ernie was born August 19, 1948 to Ernest and Hattie (Patterson) Faulk in Lafayette, LA. After graduating high school, he joined the United States Air Force in 1967. He retired from active duty, Hurlburt Field, Fl (Red Horse), after honorably serving his country for 20 years. On June 6, 1969, he married Billie Smith at Brooks Air Force Base. They shared 46 loving years together. Those who knew Ernie will remember him for his love of LSU football and all things military.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister Lurline Faulk Blanchard.

Ernie is survived by his wife, Billie of Millersview; his children, Steve Faulk and wife, Angelika of Germany and Audrey Alice Henderson and husband, James of Enterprise, AL; his grandchildren, Kyle Faulk of Ft. Lewis, WA, Kaitlyn Henderson of Enterprise, AL, Nicklaus and Hanna Faulk both of Germany, Shaylee and Megan Henderson both of Enterprise AL; and his sister Linda LeMaire and husband Wilson.

A memorial service will take place at a later date.
