John Britton Parks

John Britton Parks, 71, of Ballinger, Texas passed away Friday, August 21, 2015.

He was born July 25, 1944 in Ballinger to Lee and Wilma (Morgan) Parks. After high school, John began a life long career in sales. Recently, he owned and operated a used car sales lot in Ballinger.

John was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Jackie Flo; and a sister, Sue Allen.

He is survived by his children, Jay Parks of Abilene and Janna Perez and husband Eric Sr. of Ballinger; sister, Betty Wicker of Abilene; the mother of his children, Josephine Parks Partin; and his grandchildren, Brandon Vasquez, Jordon Vasquez, Jayse Vasquez, and Eric Perez, Jr; and his little companions, Pixie and Belle.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 29 at the First Methodist Church in Ballinger with Myron Halford officiating.
