William Juel Howell

William “Bill” Juel Howell passed away on Friday, March 20, 2009 at Midland
Memorial Hospital’s Hospice Unit.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, March 23, 2009 at 2:30 P.M at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery in Winters, Texas under the direction of Lange Funeral Home Ballinger, Texas with Pastor Robert Barndt of Midland Lutheran Church officiating.

He was preceded in death by a brother Robert L. Howell

He is survived by his wife Wanda Jean Wessels Howell of Midland Texas,
Daughter-Carla Rowell and husband Michael of Midland , sons: William J. “Jay”
Howell of New Mexico, and Douglas Howell of Midland ,two sisters Pearl Risinger
and Betty Vaughn, brother James D. “Jim” Howell, four grandchildren: Regina
Rowell Moore and husband Stephen of San Antonio, Texas Tiffany Rowell
Magallanez and Sean Rowell of Midland, McKenzie Howell of Pueblo, Colorado and
two Great Grandchildren: Lauren Moore of San Antonio and Adrian “A.J.”
Magallanez of Midland.
