Alvin Loyd Wishert

April 25, 1943 — December 16, 2015

Alvin Loyd Wishert, 72, of Ballinger, formally of Odessa, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Ballinger Memorial Hospital.

He was born April 25, 1943 in Snyder, Texas to Dave and Media (Griffen) Wishert. Loyd enjoyed working on the ranch with his brother, David.

Loyd is survived by his longtime companion, Rita Black of Ballinger; his daughter Shana Villa of Odessa; his grandsons, Devon and Harley Villa; his brothers, David Wishert of Odessa and Ray Wishert; and his sisters, Patsy Edminson and Gloria Nell both of Odessa.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Westbrook Cemetery in Westbrook, TX with Bro. Paul Smith officiating.
