Rickey Modesto Nombrano, Sr.

Rickey Modesto Nombrano, Sr., 58, of Ballinger, Texas passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2017.


He was born December 16, 1958, in Ballinger to Modesto and Mary (Garza) Nombrano. Rickey was employed by the City of Ballinger and worked in the Street Department. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Faye Martinez.

He is survived by his son, Rickey Nombrano, Jr. and wife, Celeste; his siblings, Oscar Nombrano, Margie Gonzales and husband, Javier, John Paul Nombrano and wife, Aurora, Arthur Nombrano, Sylvia Nombrano and John Gonzales, Norma Martinez and husband, Ronnie, and Priscilla Gibson and husband, Tony; and his grandson, Oliver Nombrano.


Rosary will be recited at 6:00 pm on Monday, September 25 at Lange Funeral Home Chapel in Ballinger. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Tuesday, September 26 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Ballinger with burial following at the Latin American Cemetery.
