Carlos Aguirre Martinez

Carlos Aguirre Martinez, 70, of Ballinger, Texas passed away Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Ballinger Memorial Hospital.
He was born March 25, 1947 to Charlie and Rufina (Aguirre) Martinez in Carnes City, Texas. He married Sylvia Lucio on April 8, 1972 in San Angelo, Texas. Carlos worked as a general laborer all his life.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a son, Henry.
Carlos is survived by his wife, Sylvia of Ballinger; his children, Elsa Pena and husband, Ambrocio of Seattle, WA, Thomas Martinez of Ballinger, Jon Martinez and wife, Erica of San Angelo, TX; his grandchildren, Kristanna Pena, Carly Pena, and Evyn Martinez; and several brothers and sisters.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday from 6:00-7:00 pm at Lange Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held on Sunday at 2:00 pm at Lange Funeral Home Chapel with Beatrice Torrez officiating.
