Donna Dee Long

Donna Dee Long of San Angelo passed away Saturday, August 7, 2010 at Arbor Terrace Health Care Center at age 77.

She was born July 2, 1933 to Henry and Dollie (Singleton) Bollier in Runnels County. Donna married Michael Long in 1972. She served as county treasurer for Tom Green County for two terms.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband; two brothers, Russell and Marlin Bollier.

Donna is survived by her sons, Jimmy Dee Houston and wife, Kathy, of Kingsville, Jerry Houston and wife, Judy, of Harper; Joe Houston and wife, Debbie; and Jeff Houston and wife Eppie, all of San Angelo. A sister, Darla Ford, nineteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren also survive.

A time of visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, August 9 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Lange Funeral Home in Ballinger. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 10 at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Ballinger, with Brother Salvador Bill officiating.
