Mary Lou Campbell, 61, of Ballinger passed away Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Shannon Hospital in San Angelo.

She was born on March 17, 1949 in Hardin County to Brunce and Edna (Higgs) Jordan. She graduated from West Hardin High School in 1967, being voted the Elementary School Halloween Queen and Most Wittiest her senior year. She was also active in Speech, Track and Powder Puff football. She later attended business school. She was a member of West End Baptist Church and upon moving to Ballinger was currently employed as a sales associate for Wal Mart.
Mary is preceded in death by her parents; a sister JoAn Enloe; and a son Sean Campbell.

She is survived by her daughter, Kim Nolan of Ballinger; son Buck and wife, Brandi Campbell of Abilene; grandchildren, Cameron Nolan, Travis Nolan, Rheanna Nolan, and Sierra Campbell; sister, Ruby Alpers of Cleveland, Ophelia and husband Jimmy King of Port Neches, Mildred and husband, Tommy Norris of Beaumont, Tish Frederickson of Dayton; brother, J.B. Jordan of Trinity; special friends Mary Ann Harrel and family and numerous nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.

A visitation for family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. on Monday, September 6th at Lange Funeral Home in Ballinger. Her funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 7th at 2:00 p.m. at Lange Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
