Albert Hilton Brown, 88, of Winters passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at a local facility.
He was born December 9, 1930 to John and Sarah (Smith) Brown in Winters. He served his country honorably as a member of the United States Air Force. He married Cindy Taylor on April 2, 1976 in Winters. They shared forty-three loving years together. Albert farmed in the Winters area for most of his life. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Albert loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. His one true love was quail hunting.
He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Tessie Lacey and Emilee McNeill; and brothers, George Brown, Frank Brown, J.S. Brown, and Fred Brown.
Albert is survived by his wife, Cindy of Winters; sons, Taylor Brown and wife, Cortney of Granbury and Hilton Brown and wife of Decatur; grandchildren, Presley and Easton Brown; brothers, James Brown of Winters and Newby Brown of Seguin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday at the North Main Street Church of Christ in Winters.
