Anita Michelle New

Michelle Carter, 40, passed away on the evening of December 14, 2024 in her childhood home in Ballinger, Texas 

Michelle being a devoted mother and loving daughter, raised two of the kindest children Nichole and David Carter, and Corbyn Hurt and Stewart kids. She loved everyone who loved her, and helped many more. Her personality was like a firecracker, she was the realest and liveliest person to be around. 

She spent most of her time at home and was kind the of person who would do anything for anyone. She could make you laugh about anything. She loved keeping spirits light, she had no problem putting anyone’s needs above her own.

Michelle is survived by her daughter Nichole Carter, son David Carter, Corbyn Hurt, Stewart kids, mother Lisa New, father Micheal New, brother Anthony New, sister Deann Luna, her grandmother Delores Ferguson many cousins' aunts and uncles' nieces and nephews and countless friends. 

She was preceded in death by the love of her life Jeffrey Stewart, her uncle Randy New, her aunt, uncle Wanda and Jack Treadway, and her grandmother Anita Manitzas, her grandfather David Ferguson, her great grandmother Mae Ferguson, and countless friends.

The funeral services will be provided by Lange Funeral home. There will be a celebration of life in the chapel at Lange Funeral Home at 2:00pm on Wednesday, December 18, 2024.
