Billy Ray is survived by his wife of 30 years, Patricia Hollis of Winters, Texas. His 2 sons; Justin Ray Hollis, 28, and David Lee Hollis, 15, and one daughter; Ashlee Nicole Hollis, 24, all of Winters, Texas. He also leaves behind his Step-Mom, Jan Lincoln of Winters, one brother, Josh Hollis, and his wife, Stephanie of Winters, Texas. His five sisters; Tammy Hagle of Winters, Texas, Sheila Lincoln, and Jill Lincoln, both of Winters, Texas, Brandy Wilcox of Glen Rose, Texas, and Michele Martinez of San Antonio, Texas.

A memorial service will be held for Billy at a later date.
