Carroll Raymond Morgan Jr. went to be with the Lord on April 28, 2022, after a long illness. He was born March 22, 1938, to Opal and Carroll Raymond Morgan in Waxahachie, Texas. He graduated from Georgetown High School and went on to work for GTE for 30 years. Cotton married Joyce in 1960, together they built a wonderful family with two sons, grandkids, and great-grandkids. He was definitely the storyteller in the family, and there was nothing he loved more than entertaining his grandkids with a good story. He loved Motorcycle riding, both dirt, and street, and always enjoyed a good car or motorcycle race. Cotton was a great Husband, Dad, Grandad, and friend.He will be greatly missed and thought of often.

Survivors include: Wife Joyce of Bronte, TX; Sons: Sheldon Morgan of Cleburne, TX; Sam Morgan of San Angelo, TX
Grandchildren: Kaitlen McKinnie & Husband Drew of Fort Worth, TX; Tanner Morgan & Wife Denise of Arlington, TX
Great-grandchildren: Morgan McKinnie and Gabriel Morgan.
Siblings: Jerry Morgan & Wife Wanda, Kathy Buchhorn & Husband Kenneth both of Georgetown, TX. Along with numerous extended family and friends.
