Harold Dean " Skeeter" Bockman, 80 went to be with the higher power of his understanding on April 8, 2022. Born on Easter April 13, 1941, Harold filled his life full. He started working at age 5, driving a tractor for his dad. He served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam war. He drove race cars, rode bulls, was a rodeo clown, worked in the oil field, a construction worker, was a mechanic for 30 years, and last but not least he was an artist creating fantastic metal art out of scrap metal. And if all this was not enough Harold was married to wife Linda Ann Bailey Bockman for 55 years, has two children, a son, Johnathan Lee Bockman, and a daughter, Carrie Michelle Bockman: three grandchildren Christopher Adams, Tiffany Wolfe, and Andrew Bockman and all their spouses. Eight great-grandchildren, Kaylin, Christian, Kyler, Emerald, Mackenzie, Bjorn, James, and Lilith, many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and even great-great nieces and nephews. Everyone that knew him loved him. He was always up for a good joke and a good story. He treated everyone the same from Sheiks to Paupers, and helped anyone that needed it. He was always himself no matter who he was talking to. He was loved and will be missed by all that knew him. The world was a better place with him in it. Everyone is welcome to come celebrate his life at the memorial service on April 21, 2022, at 2 pm at the Last Chapter Antique Store in Ballinger, Texas.
