James Larry Summers

James Larry Summers, 83 of Winters passed away Thursday, September 15, 2022 at North Runnels Hospital in Winters.

Larry loved gardening, especially tending to his roses. He was a world traveler, an avid HAM Operator, a storm chaser, outgoing, music-loving businessman.

He leaves behind his son, whom he adored, James Ricky Ryan Summers of Winters.

A memorial service for Larry will be held at a later date.
