Melvin Ray Fuller

Melvin Ray Fuller, 83, passed away peacefully at his home in San Angelo, Texas on Friday, June 12, 2020.

Melvin was born on Sunday, November 1, 1936, to Arlis Melvin and Helen Othella (Sparks) Fuller in Runnels County.  He served honorably in the United States Army from 1959-1961.  He married Nancy Hasty on January 16, 2007, in San Angelo, Texas.  Melvin was a member of the First Baptist Church and sang in the Ballinger Community Choir.

He is preceded in death by his parents Arlis and Helen Fuller and his daughter Joni Gray.

Melvin is survived by his wife Nancy, his daughter Judy Smith of Palestine, his brother Jackie Fuller of San Angelo, and his sister Nelda Whittington of Odessa.  He is also survived by two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A private family burial will be held for Melvin.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of San Angelo or Meals for the Elderly.
