Nancy Dusek

Nancy Lee Dusek, 73, passed away at Central Texas Nursing and Rehab on August 30, 2022.

Nancy was born on May 27, 1949, to Herndon and Jessie Melton.  She was their only child.  She graduated from Central High School in 1967.  After high school, she attended Angelo State University for one and a half years.  She worked at Levi Strauss for 27 years until they shut down the San Angelo plant.  She then worked as a merchandiser for 22 years in and around San Angelo.  She married Bob Dusek on December 14, 1990, and moved to the farm in Lowake.

She is survived by her husband Bob Dusek of Lowake, and her brother-in-law Calvin Dusek of Lowake.

A special thank you to Rose Galvan who took care of Nancy the last few months of her life.

A graveside service will be held at 2 pm at Rowena Protestant Cemetery in Rowena, Texas on Friday, September 2, 2022.
