Pat Y Esler

Pat Y. Esler, 95, of Ballinger, Texas, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 10, 2022, surrounded by loved ones.

She was born on October 26, 1926, to James F and Bessie Mae Yeagar in Houston, Texas.  Pat was employed by State Farm Life Insurance Company and worked her way up the ranks from her beginning as a clerk typist and all the way to a life underwriter.  Pat was an ardent reader, a huge UT fan, and a lover of Texas’ favorite ice cream, Blue Bell.

Pat is survived by her three daughters, Martha Crawford and husband Jim, Sandy Wildermuth and husband Ron, and Jenny Esler.  She is also survived by two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She honorably chose to have her body donated to science, so there will be no services at this time.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to meals on wheels or a personal charity of choice in Pat’s honor.
