Robert Ernest Ogle

Robert Ernest Ogle, 72, of Eastland, Texas, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 31, 2020, at Ballinger Healthcare and Rehabilitation.

He was born on September 27, 1948, to LC and Naomi Jones Ogle in Ballinger, Texas.  He married Kathy Nixon, in the summer of 2004, in Ballinger, Texas.  He retired after working for many years in the oilfield.  He was a huge sports fan and enjoyed watching the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Cowboys.  He was also an avid fisherman and enjoyed the outdoors.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents L.C. and Naomi Ogle, and his wife Kathy Ogle.

He is survived by his children; son Rob Ogle and wife LaDonna of Littlefield, daughter Amanda Snodgrass and husband Cody of Ballinger, son Cole Ogle of Eastland, and daughter Ashley Danley and husband Tri of Seminole.  Robert is also remembered by his two sisters Barbara Bryant and Wanda Harris, as well as 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to any Autism charity organization of choice.  The family also wishes to thank the staff at Ballinger Healthcare and Rehabilitation for the love and care of Robert.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2020, at 3 pm, at the Lange Funeral Home Chapel in Ballinger, Texas.
