Tanner Joe Keeney

Tanner Joe Keeney, 23, of Ballinger, passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2021.

He was born on August 26, 1997, to Timothy Don Keeney and Brandy Harrell in San Angelo, Texas.  Tanner loved his music, loved tattoos, his pitbull Omega, and was a mama's boy. his heart belonged to his love Kimberly but above all, he loved his boys.

Tanner is preceded in death by his cousin Summer Newton, his grandparents Donald and Ritha Keeney, and his pitbull Omega.

He is survived by his mother, Brandy Harrell of Ballinger, his father Tim Keeney of Holsom, Texas, his sister LaCrisha Castro and husband Anthony of Ballinger, his sister Shayna Metcalf and husband John of Talpa, his brother Logan Keeney of Coleman, his Nannie Mary Harrell, nieces Nevaeh, Zaleigh, and Emory, and nephews Kaiden and Kory. Tanner will be greatly missed and remembered by his boys Jayden, Chasen Kye, Lyric, and Easton.

A celebration of life will be held on April 24, 2021, at 2 pm at the Ballinger Lake in Tanner's honor.  The family asks that everyone wear the color red in honor of him.
